Heat Vision and JackTV
Want to see a pilot episode of a show pitched to FOX in 1999 that starred Jack Black, Owen Wilson voicing a motorcycle, and Christine Taylor and husband Ben Stiller? The show was Heat Vision and Jack and it has the strange humor you'd expect from both Jack Black and Ben Stiller. And the 30-minute pilot is on YouTube. (Obviously will take a while to load)

"weird but kinda funny considering how cheap it looked". Sounds like a pretty perfect description...I agree completely.
